Za moje pojme odlična knjiga pa je tudi Alan Asta - Spomini z druge strani. Ker gre za starejšo izdajo, jo je precej težko dobiti v knjigarnah, zato bo za njo verjetno potrebno pobrskat po knjižnicah... :(

Pravkar sem se preglodal skozi zanimivo knjigo:
Thomas Yuschak - Advanced Lucid Dreaming - The Power of Supplements (http://www.lulu.com/content/574307).
Možakar se je temeljito lotil teorije in prakse spanja / sanjanja - govori o neurotransmiterjih, ki kontrolirajo spalne cikle ter o dodatkih, ki pripomorejo k intenzivnejšemu izločanju le-teh. Precej podrobno opiše svoje izkušnje z uporabo posameznih dodatkov ali njihovimi kombinacijami.
Vsekakor zanimivo branje. :thumbsup:

Pozabili ste omeniti zares učinkovito knjigo z naslovom Astralna Potovanja (avtor Peter Mesec). Predihal sem veliko tovrstne literature (vključno s kompletno Castanedo), pa mi je ta knjigica še vedno biblija za astralno projekcijo in tudi lucidno sanjanje. Toplo priporočam.

Researcher and DMT-Nexus member Andrew R. Gallimore, PhD., has published a new paper on DMT in the Journal of Scientific Exploration. It is currently being hosted on The Nexian news site, and is free for viewing/download. The role that DMT and its tryptamine relatives- such as 5-meo-dmt and bufotenine -play in the nervous system, and its evolution, is far from fully understood. Hopefully works like this could help shed some much needed light on the subject.
