Kaj nam koristi, \u010de se v sanjah ozavestimo, \u010de pa se zjutraj ni\u010desar ne spomnimo? In to se nam je zagotovo \u017ee zgodilo. Nekaterim ljudem je spominjanje sanj nekaj povsem naravnega; ne le, da vsebine zjutraj z lahkoto prikli\u010dejo, v spominu jih lahko ohranijo tudi ves dan ali celo ve\u010d dni. Ve\u010dina ljudi pa z leti in hitrim tempom \u017eivljenja to sposobnost izgublja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Za izbolj\u0161anje sposobnosti spominjanja je pomembno, da imamo na voljo dovolj \u010dasa za spanje. \u010ce smo dobro spo\u010diti, la\u017eje posvetimo pozornost priklicu sanjskih vsebin, kot pa \u010de smo utrujeni in bi dali tudi ledvico za tistih nekaj dodatnih minutk jutranjega spanca. Prav tako la\u017eje \u201c\u017ertvujemo\u201d nekaj minut pono\u010di, ko se zbudimo, zato, da zapi\u0161emo sanje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ve\u010dina sanj se odvija v REM fazah spanja, ki se ponavljajo pribli\u017eno na vsakih 90 minut in se podalj\u0161ujejo proti jutru. V vsaki REM fazi sanjamo najmanj ene sanje, na\u0161i mo\u017egani pa delujejo tako, da v vmesnih (ne-REM) fazah izbri\u0161ejo (oziroma \u201cpotla\u010dijo\u201d) spomin na prej\u0161nje sanje. Na\u0161a naloga tako postane, da se posku\u0161amo prebuditi med REM fazo ali nemudoma po njej, ko je spomin na sanje \u0161e najbolj sve\u017e in intenziven. Tega se lahko lotimo na razli\u010dne na\u010dine:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posku\u0161amo tempirati bujenje s pomo\u010djo budilke, da nas bo zbudila med REM fazo. Dobra stran tega na\u010dina je, da nam bo slej ali prej uspelo ugotoviti na\u0161 ritem spanja in zbudili se bomo med REM fazo ali takoj po njej. Slabost pa je, da je bujenje na budilko precej \u201cgrobo\u201d, zaradi \u010desar lahko vsebino sanj v trenutku pozabimo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pred spanjem spijemo ve\u010dje koli\u010dine vode; ta metoda je podobna zgornji, a nekoliko te\u017eje obvladljiva, saj nikoli ne vemo, kdaj (in kako mo\u010dno) nas bo pritisnilo&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uspe\u0161no spominjanje sanj je, kot re\u010deno, odvisno tudi od na\u010dina bujenja. \u010ce se zbujamo z budilko, ki nas agresivno vr\u017ee iz sanj v budnost, je velika verjetnost, da bo spomin na sanje izpuhtel v trenutku. Pomembno je torej, da se prebujamo po\u010dasi in z namenom, da se bomo spomnili vsebine sanj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da bi si zagotovili dovolj \u010dasa za \u010dim bolj umirjeno prebujanje, si lahko pomagamo z \u201c<em>nastavljanjem notranje ure<\/em>\u201d. Gre za postopek, s katerim \u201cspremenimo\u201d telesni ritem. Za la\u017ejo predstavo ga bom ponazoril z naslednjim primerom:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Zaradi dnevnih obveznosti se s pomo\u010djo budilke zbujam ob 6:30. Ker budilka in sanjanje ne gresta najbolje skupaj, bi se rad zbujal pred alarmom in s tem pridobil \u010das, ki ga potrebujem za spominjanje sanj in zapisovanje no\u010dnih avantur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\">Da bi dosegel \u017eeleni u\u010dinek (to je sprememba bioritma), budilko prestavim za pol ure nazaj in se nekaj \u010dasa zbujam ob \u0161estih. Po preteku \u201cuvajalnega obdobja\u201d budilko spet premaknem na prvotni \u010das. Izka\u017ee se, da telo med \u201cuvajalnim obdobjem\u201d razvije \u201crefleks\u201d &#8211; notranjo uro, zaradi katere se za\u010dnem zbujati ob \u0161estih. Tako pridobim dovolj \u010dasa, da se zjutraj v miru spomnim sanj in jih zapi\u0161em, \u0161e preden se oglasi alarm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Po enakem postopku lahko telo privadimo na zbujanje ob kateri koli uri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Za krepitev spomina potrebujemo le motivacijo in nekaj vaje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ko se zbudimo, oble\u017eimo \u010dim bolj pri miru in z zaprtimi o\u010dmi ter najprej pomislimo na to, kaj smo sanjali. Vsebino posku\u0161ajmo \u010dim bolj podrobno obnoviti, posku\u0161amo se spomniti \u010dim ve\u010d detajlov. Pri tem si lahko pomagamo z izhodi\u0161\u010di, kot so \u201cBil sem v\/na&#8230;\u201d, \u201cSre\u010dal sem&#8230;\u201d, \u201cPogovarjal sem se z&#8230;\u201d in podobno.
