Preberemo dnevne \u201ctar\u010de\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vaja je zasnovana tako, da se jo izvaja ves teden. Na koncu je seznam \u201ctar\u010d\u201d &#8211; dogodkov, ob katerih bomo naredili RC in preverili, \u010de sanjamo. Ko zjutraj vstanemo, preberemo le \u201ctar\u010de\u201d za ta konkreten dan (in ne za ves teden) in si jih zapomnimo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. Med dnevnimi opravili posku\u0161amo opaziti \u201ctar\u010de\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na\u0161 cilj je opaziti vsak dogodek (\u201ctar\u010do\u201d) natanko pri\u010d, ko se zgodi. \u010ce je \u201ctar\u010da\u201d na primer \u201cNaslednji\u010d, ko sli\u0161im zalajati psa\u201d, naredimo RC prvi\u010d, ko zasli\u0161imo pasji laje\u017e in ne vsaki\u010d, ko nekje zalaja pes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3. Bele\u017eimo si rezultate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vsak ve\u010der si zapi\u0161imo, koliko od dnevnih \u201ctar\u010d\u201d smo zadeli. \u010ce tekom dneva ugotovimo, da smo zgre\u0161ili prilo\u017enost za opaziti katero od \u201ctar\u010d\u201d, potem smo prilo\u017enost pa\u010d zamudili, ne glede na to, \u010de smo jo opazili kasneje. \u010ce smo prepri\u010dani, da se ena ali ve\u010d \u201ctar\u010d\u201d tekom dneva sploh ni zgodila, si tudi to zapi\u0161imo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4. Vajo izvajamo vsaj en teden<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vajo je priporo\u010dljivo izvajati vsaj toliko \u010dasa, da poskusimo zadeti vsako \u201ctar\u010do\u201d iz seznama. \u010ce ob koncu tedna ugotovimo, da smo spregledali ve\u010d \u201ctar\u010d\u201d, kot smo jih opazili, potem vajo nadaljujemo, dokler ve\u010dine ne zadenemo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8220;Dnevne \u201ctar\u010de\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Nedelja<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Naslednji\u010d, ko vidim \u017eival.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Naslednji\u010d, ko
