Kaj nam namre\u010d koristijo vse tehnike in pripomo\u010dki, ki nam pomagajo pri ozave\u0161\u010danju, \u010de pa se ob bujenju ne spomnimo ni\u010desar? Sposobnost spominjanja sanj na \u017ealost ni samoumevna, zato marsikomu predstavlja te\u017eavo in precej\u0161en izziv. Kljub temu, da je izziv \u0161e posebej prisoten pri za\u010detnikih oziroma v za\u010detnih fazah ukvarjanja s sanjanjem, pa to ne pomeni, da se ne zgodi tudi izku\u0161enim sanjalcem. Za vse, ki se \u201cborite\u201d s priklicom sanjskih vsebin, sem sestavil \u201cplonk ceglc\u201d za spominjanje sanj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1193\" src=\"https:\/\/dream-explorer.com\/sanjanje\/wp-content\/uploads\/Dream-Recall-300x194.jpg\" alt=\"Sanjski dnevnik kot pripomo\u010dek za spominjanje sanj\" width=\"300\" height=\"194\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dream-explorer.com\/sanjanje\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/Dream-Recall-300x194.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dream-explorer.com\/sanjanje\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/Dream-Recall-450x291.jpg 450w, https:\/\/dream-explorer.com\/sanjanje\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/Dream-Recall.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kaj vse vpliva na sposobnost spominjanja sanj?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na sposobnost priklica sanjskih vsebin vplivajo najrazli\u010dnej\u0161e stvari:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; Dnevne obveznosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kadar smo preobremenjeni z vsakdanjim \u017eivljenjem, nam je priklic sanjskih vsebin pa\u010d zadnja stvar v mislih, kajne?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; Dol\u017eina spanca.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010ce \u017eelimo priklicati sanjske vsebine, moramo biti zadosti spo\u010diti. Vsaj v zgodnjih fazah ukvarjanja s sanjami je bistveno la\u017eje priklicati vsebine iz zadnjih spalnih ciklov \u2013 tistih bolj proti jutru, ko pre\u017eivimo ve\u010d \u010dasa v <abbr title='REM = Rapid Eye Movement' rel='tooltip'>REM<\/abbr> fazi (najbolj aktivna faza spanja, med katero se dogaja ve\u010dina sanj). \u010ce spimo premalo, je REM faza kraj\u0161a, posledi\u010dno je tudi manj vsebin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; Ve\u010derja.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ja, tudi to vpliva na sposobnost priklica sanjskih vsebin. Pri tem je pomembno dvoje: prvi\u010d, kaj smo jedli (nekatera \u017eivila in pija\u010de nam ote\u017eujejo spanec in spominjanje sanj, druga pa nam lahko pri tem tudi pomagajo) in drugi\u010d, kdaj smo si privo\u0161\u010dili ve\u010derjo. \u010ce je na primer od ve\u010derje do nastopa spanca preteklo vsaj 2-3 ure, bomo namre\u010d spali bolje in si la\u017eje zapomnili sanje, kot \u010de se obilno najemo, tik preden gremo v posteljo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kaj torej lahko naredimo, da si bomo bolj zapomnili sanje?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; Uredimo svoj ritem spanja.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poskrbimo za to, da bomo vsak dan hodili spat in vstajali ob (pribli\u017eno) istem \u010dasu. Urejen ritem spanja nam pomaga pri (s)poznavanju na\u0161ih spalnih ciklov, to pa pripomore k la\u017ejemu priklicu sanjskih vsebin. To \u0161e posebej velja v primerih, kadar se posku\u0161amo zbuditi takoj po REM fazi, ko je sanjski spomin najintenzivnej\u0161i.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; Poskrbimo za dovolj spanca.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kadar imamo mo\u017enost, brez ob\u010dutka krivde in slabe vesti podalj\u0161ajmo spanec, da zadovoljimo potrebe telesa po po\u010ditku. Precej koristen je tudi popoldanski po\u010ditek. Ne le, da nam pomaga nadoknaditi spanec, za katerega nas je zjutraj prikraj\u0161ala budilka, med popoldanskim po\u010ditkom namre\u010d tudi hitreje dose\u017eemo REM fazo in sanj(anj)e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; Zadnji obrok si privo\u0161\u010dimo najve\u010d 2-3 ure pred spanjem.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tako ne preobremenimo telesa, namesto prebavljanja se lahko posvetimo sanjanju.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; Pomagajmo si z vitamini.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Za sanjanje so posebej pomembni vitamini iz skupine B, ki igrajo pomembno vlogo pri normalnem delovanju mo\u017eganov in \u017eiv\u010dnega sistema. \u010ce s prehrano ne moremo zagotoviti dovolj vitaminov, si lahko pomagamo tudi s prehranskimi dopolnili, ki jih lahko kupimo v lekarnah in specializiranih trgovinah. Vendar pozor! Izbiramo lahko med najrazli\u010dnej\u0161imi produkti, ki imajo zelo razli\u010dne (in obi\u010dajno tudi precej visoke) vsebnosti posameznih vitaminov. Osebno najraje posegam po tistih, ki ne presegajo (preve\u010d) priporo\u010denih dnevnih vrednosti. Glede na to, da telo prese\u017eke izlo\u010di, vitamini sicer ne predstavljajo \u201cnevarnosti\u201d, po mojih izku\u0161njah pa imajo prevelike koli\u010dine vitaminov negativen u\u010dinek na sposobnost spominjanja sanj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Klju\u010dno pri spominjanju sanj je pa seveda <strong>treniranje sanjskega spomina<\/strong> in naju\u010dinkovitej\u0161i na\u010din za to \u2013 <strong>zapisovanje sanj<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pri zapisovanju je pomembno, da<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; zapi\u0161emo vse, kar se spomnimo<\/strong> (vsebine, ob\u010dutke in misli, asociacije,&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pri zapisovanju ni \u201cnepomembnih detajlov\u201d. \u010ceprav se nam trenutno zdi, da sanje nimajo popolnoma nobenega smisla ali pa, da se spomnimo \u201cpremalo\u201d, da bi se to sploh spla\u010dalo zapisati, pa imejte v mislih, da se lahko \u201cpomen\u201d sanj razkrije \u0161ele kasneje (v\u010dasih tudi \u010dez ve\u010d mesecev ali celo ve\u010d let), poleg tega pa gre tudi za samo prakso zapisovanja, s katero treniramo sanjski spomin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; se zapisovanja lotimo takoj po bujenju.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V prvih petih minutah po bujenju izgubimo pribli\u017eno 50 odstotkov sanjskih vsebin, po petnajstih minutah pa se spomnimo le \u0161e okoli 10 odstotkov sanj. Ne ujemite se v \u201cpast\u201d lastnega uma, ki vas prepri\u010duje, da so bile sanje dovolj \u017eive, da si jih boste zapomnili do jutra&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&#8211; sanje zapisujemo vsak dan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Redno zapisovanje namre\u010d slu\u017ei kot pomemben korak pri razvijanju pozornosti sanjanja in sposobnosti spominjanja sanj. Ne izgubite motivacije, \u010de bodo va\u0161i zapisi sprva kratki; s prakso boste sposobni priklicati vedno ve\u010d in ve\u010d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Priporo\u010dam, da si za zbujanje vzamete \u010das. Ostanite popolnoma negibni in \u0161e preden odprete o\u010di, najprej pomislite na to, kaj ste sanjali. Vsebine \u010dimbolj podrobno obnovite in jih zapi\u0161ite, preden za\u010dnete z vsakodnevnimi opravili.
