Nedolgo za tem sem napisal prispevek \u201c<strong>Sedem korakov za spominjanje sanj<\/strong>\u201d, ki je bil prvotno objavljen na spletni strani <a href=\"http:\/\/www.klepetobkavi.si\">Klepet ob kavi<\/a> (najdete ga lahko v rubriki \u201c<em>Preprosto zanimivo<\/em>\u201d), zdaj pa ga v celoti objavljam \u0161e tukaj.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lucidno sanjanje je ve\u0161\u010dina, ki se je lahko vsakdo priu\u010di; potrebno je le nekaj \u010dasa in truda. Nekateri ljudje se ozavestijo hitreje, pri drugih lahko traja nekoliko dlje, ne glede na to pa imamo vsi prilo\u017enost \u201cukrotiti\u201d svoje sanje in postati mojstri sanjanja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-851\" src=\"http:\/\/dream-explorer.com\/sanjanje\/wp-content\/uploads\/dreams-woman-300x226.jpg\" alt=\"Sanjalka\" width=\"300\" height=\"226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dream-explorer.com\/sanjanje\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/dreams-woman-300x226.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dream-explorer.com\/sanjanje\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/dreams-woman-450x340.jpg 450w, https:\/\/dream-explorer.com\/sanjanje\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/dreams-woman.jpg 660w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zmo\u017enost spominjanja sanj ni pomembna le za lucidno sanjanje, ampak tudi za vse druge oblike dela s sanjami. Na \u017ealost pa spominjanje sanj ni nekaj samoumevnega. V splo\u0161nem velja, da ljudje sanjanju in sanjam ne posve\u010dajo pretirane pozornosti in jim ne pripisujejo pomena, zato vsebine no\u010dnih avantur pozabijo v trenutku, ko se zbudijo (od tod izhaja tudi zmotno prepri\u010danje nekaterih, ki pravijo, da nikoli ne sanjajo). Na\u0161 um deluje podobno, kot mi\u0161ice \u2013 za doseganje dobrih rezultatov jih je potrebno razvijati in krepiti. \u010ce \u017eelimo na primer dvigniti 100 kilogramov, bomo najverjetneje za\u010deli z la\u017ejimi ute\u017emi in te\u017eo postopoma pove\u010devali do zastavljenega cilja. Podobno je z umom in spominjanjem sanj \u2013 vse, kar je potrebno za uspe\u0161no spominjanje, je nekoliko prakse, ki jo seveda pridobimo z vajo. Naju\u010dinkovitej\u0161i na\u010din za treniranje sanjskega spomina pa je zapisovanje sanj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V nadaljevanju je opisanih sedem korakov za uspe\u0161no spominjanje sanj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1) Pripravimo si zvezek, v katerega si bomo zapisovali sanje.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uporabimo lahko prakti\u010dno karkoli \u2013 \u010disto obi\u010dajen zvezek, bele\u017enico ali list papirja, ali pa izberemo poseben dnevnik s klju\u010davnico in klju\u010dkom. Pomembno je le to, da zvezek uporabljamo izklju\u010dno za zapisovanje no\u010dnih do\u017eivetij. K temu dodamo \u0161e pisalo, pa smo prakti\u010dno \u017ee pripravljeni na izziv, ki je pred nami.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2) Sanjski dnevnik in pisalo imejmo vedno v bli\u017eini postelje in na dosegu roke.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ker v prvih petih minutah po bujenju izgubimo pribli\u017eno 50 odstotkov sanjskih vsebin, po petnajstih minutah pa se spomnimo le \u0161e okoli 10 odstotkov sanj, je nadvse koristno, da se ob bujenju \u010dim manj premikamo in nam za zapisovanje sanj ni potrebno vstajati iz postelje ter hoditi na drugo stran sobe ali celo v drugi prostor. \u010ce \u017eelimo sanje zapisati ob bujenju sredi no\u010di, pride prav tudi baterijska svetilka ali bralna lu\u010dka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3) Pred spanjem si v dnevnik zapi\u0161imo (lucidne) cilje.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/dream-explorer.com\/sanjanje\/lucidni-cilji\/\">Postavljanje ciljev<\/a> in doseganje le-teh deluje kot dodatna motivacija, poleg tega pa s tem sporo\u010damo svoji podzavesti, da na sanje ne gledamo kot nekaj nepomembnega in da smo resni v svojem namenu, da bi si sanjske vsebine zapomnili. Za\u010dnimo s preprostimi cilji (na primer \u201cKo se bom zbudil\/a, si bom zapomnil\/a sanje.\u201d) in postopno nadaljujmo z bolj kompleksnimi na\u010drti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4) Odpravimo se spat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010cas pred spanjem izkoristimo za kak\u0161no spro\u0161\u010dujo\u010de opravilo \u2013 branje knjige,\u00a0 ogled filma, meditacijo ali spro\u0161\u010danje, hitro rekapitulacijo,\u2026 Stvari, ki jih po\u010dnemo pred spanjem, se pogosto prenesejo tudi v sanjanje, zato je priporo\u010dljivo, da se v tem \u010dasu izogibamo stresnim situacijam, ki bi nam lahko prinesle no\u010dne more. Za bolj\u0161i spanec si lahko privo\u0161\u010dimo tudi skodelico \u010daja. Pomirjujo\u010d in spro\u0161\u010dujo\u010d u\u010dinek imajo na primer kamilica, melisa, meta, hmelj ali baldrijan, namesto \u010daja pa si lahko privo\u0161\u010dimo tudi skodelico toplega mleka, v katerega dodamo \u017eli\u010dko medu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5) Ko se zbudimo, posku\u0161ajmo ostati \u010dim bolj negibni in si v spomin prikli\u010dimo sanjske vsebine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vzemimo si \u010das, da ozavestimo \u010dim ve\u010d podrobnosti. Ne dovolimo, da nas preplavijo vsakdanje misli; ostanimo spro\u0161\u010deni in osredoto\u010deni na to, kaj smo po\u010deli, preden smo se zbudili (oziroma kaj se nam je sanjalo). Spominjanja ne posku\u0161ajmo \u201cizsiliti\u201d in ne prepu\u0161\u010dajmo se malodu\u0161ju, \u010de se ni\u010desar ne spomnimo; prilo\u017enosti bo brez dvoma \u0161e dovolj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6) Zapi\u0161imo vse, \u010desar se spomnimo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pozorni bodimo na same vsebine, zapi\u0161imo tudi ob\u010dutke in misli, ki se nam porajajo ob bujenju in zapisovanju. Nekateri sanjalci si zapi\u0161ejo le klju\u010dne besede, s pomo\u010djo katerih kasneje prikli\u010dejo podrobnej\u0161e vsebine, drugi sanjske vsebine podrobno opi\u0161ejo, nekateri sanje celo skicirajo ali nari\u0161ejo. Na\u010dinov je veliko, s prakso pa bomo ugotovili, kateri nam je najbolj pisan na ko\u017eo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>7) Zapisovanje sanj naj postane na\u0161a dnevna rutina.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sanje zapi\u0161imo vsaki\u010d, ko se prebudimo. Zapi\u0161imo vse, \u010desar se spomnimo. Imejmo v mislih, da s tem ne krepimo le sposobnosti spominjanja sanj, ampak hkrati razvijamo tudi pozornost sanjanja, s \u010dimer izvajamo pomemben korak proti ozave\u0161\u010danju v sanjah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sanje imajo \u201cdodano vrednost\u201d ne glede na to, ali si jih posku\u0161amo zapomniti zato, da bi razumeli govorico simbolov, preko katerih z nami komunicira na\u0161a podzavest, ali pa je na\u0161a namera usmerjena v ozave\u0161\u010danje in zavestno delovanje v njih. Predstavljajo namre\u010d neomejen potencial \u2013 v sanjanju lahko iz\u017eivljamo najbolj skrite fantazije, najdemo navdih za umetni\u0161ko ustvarjanje ali re\u0161evanje vsakdanjih izzivov, ali pa se soo\u010dimo z najglobljimi strahovi in s tem vnesemo pozitivne spremembe tudi v vsakdanje \u017eivljenje.
