I’ll begin answering your practicable questions after the 10-th task. You must “boil thoroughly” in the boiler of this net seminar. You must “wander and mature” for the alchemic sublimation.
To gain the results you must discuss your practice just from the first task.
Each you works only for himself. That is why “catch” your decency, shyness, modesty and kill them or get rid of them for some time. Open yourself for the flow (stream) and enter it.
