After a long time of somewhat modest activity on the forum I finally decided to
expand into international waters.

So, what is it all about?
The name
"Umetnost Sanjanja" means
"The Art of Dreaming" in English and was inspired by
Carlos Castaneda. This forum is a part of
"Umetnost Sanjanja" website (the site is only in Slovenian at the moment, but will be translated into English in the future) and is about
Lucid Dreaming.
(Lucid Dream is a dream in which one is aware of the fact that they are dreaming. Knowing that allows them to control the dreams' environment and their own actions as if they were awake.)Here you can find all sorts of dreams- and dreaming-related information:
- basic information on dreams and sleep,
- common techniques for achieving lucidity in your dreams,
- technical devices, food supplements and plants/herbs, that affect sleep quality and dream recall,
- information about books, movies and quotes on the subject,
- some projects and researches and
- other LD/OBE/Consciousness related stuff.
While some of the materials are in English, most of the information provided on the forum is in Slovenian language but don't let that stop you! If you require an English translation you can either use
Google Translate (you can use that to translate texts into any language) or you can copy and paste the text in
Translation Requests section and someone will translate it for you. If you have a question, if you wish to share your own LD- or OBE-related experience or if you just want to say "Hi!", please feel free to do so!
